Easy to set up and use. Fit of the earbuds are excellent; I do not find myself having to constantly readjust as I have with previous earbuds. Battery life is outstanding - far better than other brands I’ve used - so recharging is minimal. The listening experience is great; I appreciate the sonic mix/balance, which allows for the full range of music to be heard optimally. So many headphones or earbuds are skewed too much towards bass these days that you lose the ability to hear the finer points like you do with these. I’m more than happy with my purchase, and am glad such quality can be found at this affordable price point!

I have no experience finding earbuds which will stay deep enough in my ears. So most of the bass escapes. If I were redesigning these I’d make it so one could push the device more securely in one’s ear canal WITHOUT operating the switch.

Cannot get both earphones to connect via Bluetooth. One at a time, considering it doesn't turn itself off. At times neither connect whatsoever, despite using all available troubleshooting FAQs. The connection from the bud to the charging case is weak as well, especially with the right bud. Overall highly disappointed.

Buy one get two. First, have not even try charging the second one. After charging for 24 hrs. The buds don’t get very loud, they don’t seem to know if there fully charged or not because the lights go red and blue. The case does not even light up to show the charging information. Needs more bass.

The Charging case won't light up and there were no instructions in the box once received. Other than that they pretty good. I have to be careful on when/where I use them, they fall out of my ear somewhat easily so they're not really something Ideal fore when running. They're great for wearing in my office and they seem to last quite awhile before needing to recharge the case.

Awful quality and cheaply made. Regret purchasing. The sound quality is worse than the $10 buds you get at a gas station. The charging case has a display that comes of easily. The is if it even works. The display would not function at all. I hate the buds and when I tried to get a refund they screw you over. Will never purchase from here again.

I got these when was buy one get one free and rate as okay because while headphones are great, one of the cases, the meter display does not light up therefore don't know how much charge is on it. It charges headphones as when used when on laptop or phone, laptop or phone tells what % are left.

Hello I ordered two of the Santana Rio earbuds. One for my son and one for me for Christmas. I opened mine a few days ago and could only get one side to work. I have been messing with it every night and was getting frustrated with it.
My son loves his pair and said he was having no problems with his.
After looking closely at them both his has a left and a right where as mine has two rights. Hope that's all that is causing the problem.
Can we get this fixed, replaced or swapped out? I think this deserves at least an autographed picture of my lifelong guitar hero to hang next to my Santana album cover painting I bought last Christmas!!! Lol
